Who is responsible

This website belongs to J. van der Velden, Meeuwstraat 20, 6942 KL Didam, the Netherlands. I am the controller for the data processed through this website. You can reach me at jaron@jaronmaakt.nl or +31 6 83 44 57 64.

What data is processed

Through the contact form you can leave your name, company name, email address, phone number, subject and message. The form sends this through your own email client. There is no database on this website where messages are stored.

The web server may log technical data needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, time and requested page.

What it is used for

To contact you about your enquiry and to discuss possible collaboration. Your data is not used for newsletters, not sold, and not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis and retention

The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and my legitimate interest in being able to respond to a business enquiry.

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within twelve months. Data that becomes part of an assignment is kept for as long as necessary for delivery and for statutory administration obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and uses no third-party analytics. No fonts or scripts are loaded from external parties either; all files are served from this server. That is why no cookie banner is needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to restrict or object to processing. You can send a request to jaron@jaronmaakt.nl. I respond within four weeks.

If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Because no data is stored on the server, there is no database of personal data that could leak.
